SMS & Contact Consent

By submitting your application on this website, you expressly consent to being contacted by Heirstead Insurance via SMS text message, phone call, and/or email at the contact information you provided — even if your number is on a state or national Do Not Call Registry.

1. What You Are Consenting To

When you submit the agent application form, you consent to receive:

• SMS text messages about your application status and next steps
• Phone calls to discuss the Heirstead agent opportunity
• Emails regarding scheduling, onboarding, and team communications
• Follow-up messages if we have not yet connected

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary. You may receive 1–5 messages per week depending on where you are in the application process. We will not send spam or unsolicited promotional messages unrelated to your application.

3. Standard Rates Apply

Message and data rates may apply. These are determined by your mobile carrier, not by Heirstead. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan.

4. How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent at any time:

• SMS: Reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts will be sent.
• Email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.
• Phone: Inform the caller verbally that you do not wish to be contacted further.
• Direct request: Email us at info@heirstead.io with "OPT OUT" in the subject line.

Opting out will not affect any existing agent relationship or contract you may already have in place.

6. No Purchase Required

Consent to receive communications is not a condition of joining Heirstead or purchasing any product or service. Your application will be reviewed regardless of your communication preferences.
